To run the day-to-day secretarial and administration on behalf of the MD

Experience / Practical Requirements:
At least 5 years experience within a secretarial position
Specific Competency Requirements:
Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Accuracy in typing and professional presentations.
Good English skills to review documents and contracts
All information must be handled with confidentiality
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
PA and secretarial duties to the MD by organizing and supporting his day-to-day needs.
Liase with Directors internally/externally.
Outlook diary management, co-ordinate meetings and conference calling.
Co-ordinate work function luncheons when required.
Administrate all company travel arrangements and itineraries etc.
Able to screen, re-direct and handle calls/complaints and e-mails at a level that promotes efficient time management.
Taking and typing Minutes of Meetings.
General filing, fax/photocopying/scanning etc.
Administrate MANCO packs.
